Calero models organisations in three layers: Company, Team, and Person.

Company

A company is a top-level container—your employer, a client, or any org you need to reason about. You can maintain multiple companies if you operate across clients or portfolios.

Team

Teams belong to a company. Name them in a way that helps you navigate—product lines, regions, functions, or informal pods are all valid.

Person

People can be assigned to a team (optional). People have:

  • Name (required)
  • Job title (optional)
  • Tags (optional) for cross-cutting groups
  • Influence and relationship strength scores (1–5), used for prioritisation and dashboard cards

The UI presents a hierarchical list: Company → Teams → People. Use this when you need a quick map of “who sits where” before a meeting or decision.
