Projects

Each project has:

• Name (required)
• Description (optional)
• Status: Idea, Planned, In Progress, Blocked, or Complete
• Stakeholders with roles: sponsor, owner, influencer, or blocker

The app can compute a numeric score from several dimensions so tables and dashboards stay sortable.

Scoring inputs

Typical inputs include:

• Impact (1–5)
• Urgency (1–5)
• Effort (1–5) — higher effort lowers priority in the blended score
• Relationship value (1–5)
• Strategic importance (1–5)
• Need vs want (1–5)

Formula (conceptual)

The app combines these with weights—for example, impact and urgency carry more than raw effort. Effort is inverted so smaller efforts can rank higher when other factors align. Exact weights may ship in-product; the goal is transparent trade-offs, not a black box.

Priority labels

From the numeric score, Calero derives High, Medium, and Low labels for quick scanning on the dashboard and in lists.
