Dashboard layout
The dashboard is configurable: you can reorder and tune sections so the first screen matches your role—operator, leader, or consultant. Typical building blocks include:
- Priority pipeline — high-scored and blocked work in a scannable flow
- Pins — quick access to specific people and projects you choose
- Reminders — scheduled follow-ups surfaced alongside other cards
- Note to self — a lightweight strip for running thoughts before they become notes
- Insights — rule-based prompts (e.g. missing sponsor, team with no recent contact)
Follow-ups and recency
Follow-up surfacing uses interaction history so nudges are grounded in when you last touched a relationship.
You can also switch the dashboard activity panel between:
- Recent activity (things you changed)
- Recently viewed (things you opened)
This makes it easier to jump back to records you reviewed but did not edit.
Dashboard search
The dashboard includes a direct search entry under Quick Add, so you can jump into people, org, projects, notes, and interactions without changing tabs.
Anniversary reminders on dashboard
If dashboard reminder channel is enabled in Settings, birthday and work-anniversary reminders appear in follow-ups using the configured lead time.
Insights philosophy
Insights are rule-based—predictable and inspectable. They flag blind spots: teams with no contacts, projects without sponsors, or relationships that have gone quiet.
