Typical sections include:

• High priority projects — top of the score list
• Blocked projects — status blocked, visible for escalation
• Key stakeholders — high influence people to stay close to
• Follow-ups — based on interaction recency
• Insights — rule-based prompts (e.g. missing sponsor, team with no recent contact)

Insights philosophy

Insights are rule-based in early versions—predictable and inspectable. They flag blind spots: teams with no contacts, projects without sponsors, or relationships that have gone quiet.
